Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse in Japan; selected orders may be fulfilled by Amazon.

In-stock items are usually scheduled to ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-order items will ship after arrival and inspection.

Delivery may be delayed by order volume, component availability, production schedules, international transportation, or customs processing. Thank you for your understanding.

For cancellations requested for the customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Orders within Japan: 3.4% of the order total
• Orders outside Japan: 5% of the order total

If you previously confirmed the fee with our support team, please mention this when contacting us so we can assist you smoothly.

Please note that all international orders shipped by KIBU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country's customs office.

Customer Responsibility: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, clearance fees, and import taxes. KIBU does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what they may be.

Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us or destroyed by customs, KIBU reserves the right to deduct the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any other related charges from your refund.For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
