KIBU product warranty regulations
・Warranty coverage <br>If any malfunction occurs within the product-specific warranty period from the date of purchase while the product is being used normally in accordance with the instruction manual, please contact us using our inquiry form and we will repair or replace the product with the same product free of charge.
・Products covered by the warranty <br>Products purchased through KIBU Co., Ltd. at authorized retailers in Japan/our e-commerce site are covered.
(Please note that we cannot provide warranty support or answer questions regarding products purchased overseas or unauthorized products (parallel imports, resale products, etc.).)
・Response period for defective products and product warranty period <br>This period is valid from the date printed on the receipt or invoice when you purchase from an authorized retailer in Japan/our e-commerce site.
Initial defect period: 7 days from the date of purchase/arrival to the date of inquiry *During this period, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs incurred during the warranty procedure.
Product warranty period: Please refer to the warranty card attached to each product. *Except for the 7-day period for initial defects, both parties will be responsible for all costs incurred during the warranty period, including shipping costs, for repairs and replacements. However, please note that for defects caused by the user's operation or environment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for repairs and replacements.
Even after the product is replaced, the warranty period will end on the expiration date of the original warranty period and will not be extended.
・Products not covered by the warranty
- If the authorized dealer warranty card or warranty seal issued by our company is not presented
- If you do not have proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice issued on the day of purchase from an authorized retailer in Japan or our online store that verifies the product name and purchase date
- If the serial number printed or affixed to the product cannot be confirmed for any reason, such as damage (peeling off)
- If the problem cannot be reproduced by our operation check
- If we determine that the defect was caused by using the product in a manner that violates the instructions in the instruction manual.
- In the event of natural wear, wear, deterioration over time, damage, or malfunction caused by the customer's usage environment or usage method
- In the case of wear and tear, deterioration, changes, scratches, or stains due to use or appearance.
- If we determine that the cause of the malfunction is due to a problem with another product connected to the product covered by the warranty.
- If repairs, modifications, or adjustments are made by anyone other than our company
- If the product is damaged due to improper handling, such as being dropped or transported after purchase.
- In the event of fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, abnormal heating, or unforeseen accidents.
- In the case of damage, malfunction or failure caused by use other than the intended purpose
- In the case of breakdowns or damage caused by use outside of the home (for business purposes, etc.)
- If sold or transferred to another person without prior approval
- In the case of products imported through import agents other than our company, or parallel imports
- If the warranty is covered by a service provided by the store where you purchased the product, such as an extended warranty
- If we determine that the product is not covered by the warranty for other reasonable reasons.

- If you attach any items or parts other than the product during defect verification, we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. Please be sure to check them carefully before returning them. Please also note that we cannot accept returns.
- When verifying defects, we do not provide protection or compensation for internal data such as settings.
- We do not provide replacement units for defective products.
- If you are exchanging a non-defective product, the product will be shipped in its factory default state. Any data you have set will not be reflected.
- We do not provide repair or on-site support.
- Shipping costs between us will be borne by us during the initial defect period. After the initial defect period, shipping costs will be paid by both parties.
- Even if the product is replaced, the warranty period will end on the expiration date of the original warranty period.
- The product warranty will not be extended or incurred through second-hand sales such as auctions, secondary sales of unopened products, or private sales.
- Depending on the product, a separate warranty card may be issued (packaged with the product) in addition to the warranty card issued by our company. In such cases, the warranty card issued by our company will take precedence over the warranty content and scope, and presentation of the warranty card issued by our company will be a condition for warranty coverage.
- Services unique to the store where you purchased the product, such as extended warranties, are handled by each store and are not covered by the warranty regulations.
- If the same product is not available, we may exchange it for an equivalent or later product.
- This warranty policy may be changed without notice. The latest warranty policy will apply to the product warranty.
- This warranty is valid only in Japan.
